Residences at Fireclay II -- Murray, UT (February 13, 2024) – TWG (, a real estate development company specializing in commercial, market rate, affordable, and senior housing developments, today announces the closing and construction of Residences at Fireclay II, an $11 million affordable, multifamily community coming to Murray, Utah. TWG Development and City of Murray have worked closely together with the community to address the need for more housing availability, affordability, and stability.

Located at 144 West 4250 South, Residences at Fireclay II will consist of 30-units throughout one highly energy efficient five-story elevator serviced building, with one-bedroom layouts serving seniors. This fully affordable community will serve Murray senior residents making 25-50% of the area median income (AMI).

“The project site is adjacent to Residences at Fireclay Phase I. The project is located in a mixed-use, primarily residential neighborhood and is in close proximity to public transportation options and retail. Support services for the senior residences will be provided by First Step House who offers a variety of treatment, housing healthcare, referrals, basic needs items, and employment services that are tailored to the needs of the individual.” says TWG’s Ryan Kelly, VP of Tax Credit Development.

Amenities include a computer room, clubhouse with full kitchen, raised garden beds, furnished exercise room, and bicycle racks.
