INDIANAPOLIS, IN – TWG (www.twgdev.com), a national real estate development company specializing in commercial, market rate, affordable and senior housing developments, today announces it has created its 100th development in the U.S., marking a major milestone for the company’s nationwide growth and achieving its mission of providing housing options for all Americans.

Rounding out TWG’s 100th development to date is Grata at Totem Lake, a $50 million affordable housing community opening in Seattle in 2023. The community is set to be seven stories featuring 125 units ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments. TWG will also be partnering for services and co-ownership with a nonprofit services agency to increase housing options for survivors of domestic violence in east and north King County, Washington.

TWG is headquartered in Indianapolis, with living communities developed, managed and constructed across the country. Since its founding by Tony Knoble and Joe Whitsett in 2007, TWG has grown from two employees to more than 250, expanding its presence into over 16 states. With a focus on development, financing, design, construction and management, TWG has transacted over $1.9 billion in development costs and over 10,000 units nationwide.
