Rounding out TWG’s 100th development to date is Grata at Totem Lake, a $50 million affordable housing community opening in Seattle in 2023. The community is set to be seven stories featuring 125 units ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments. TWG will also be partnering for services and co-ownership with a nonprofit services agency to increase housing options for survivors of domestic violence in east and north King County, Washington.
